This awesome dog was featured on ABC Rescues in Action, their weekly segment on animals needing to find a home. See the ABC segment Here. Cohen, a boxer mix, is a wonderful dog that has been without a home for more than a year. Dr. Christy Layton of Timberlane Pet Hospital has graciously provided care and shelter for Cohen, and some wonderful clients have helped keep her exercised and happy, but she remains without a permanent owner. 
This author spent time with Cohen in preparation for the ABC news segment, and will readily attest to the nature of this fun dog. She is an extremely sweet and loving 2 year old Female, spayed dog who would love to have her very own kid, backyard and pool (if possible)… She gets along with other dogs as long as they are not dominant and likes cats. She loves to play and needs a home with lots of love and attention – like all dogs!! She is also a great running partner for someone interested in a friend to run with then go home and cuddle!
